The Industry Challenge: Gum and confectionery packs face a constant tension: enough structure to protect the product, enough compactness to feel premium in a pocket or purse, and increasing pressure to cut material waste. Most formats haven't changed in decades because changing them usually means a full retool.

Our Innovation: Snap-Strip Snap-Strip solves this with a perforated, modular architecture. Each cell stays fully sealed until the consumer snaps it away, and the pack itself gets smaller as the product is used. It's intuitive on first touch, no instructions needed, and small enough to live in a coin pocket.

Engineered for Vision: We built Snap-Strip around 100% recyclable or reusable materials from day one, so sustainability isn't a retrofit. It's designed for responsible sourcing, a lower carbon footprint, and scaling without friction.

Where We Are Today
Snap-Strip is an inventor led venture at the earliest and most honest stage: the idea works, and we can prove it.
Over several years of development, we've built and refined hundreds of physical prototypes, iterating on perforation geometry, cell sizing, and lidding material until the mechanics were right. We've put these packs into real hands, friends, family, everyday consumers, and the response has been consistent: people understand it instantly, they enjoy using it, and they ask where they can buy it.
We're not pretending to be further along than we are. We're looking for the right manufacturing or brand partner to prove this at scale, that partner is who this was built for.

The inspiration for Snap-Strip came from a simple observation of how we actually live.Traditional gum packs and blister sheets stay the exact same bulky size whether they are completely full or down to the very last piece. They get bent in pockets, crushed in backpacks, and take up unnecessary space long after half the product is gone.We wanted to create a pack that moves and adapts with you.

1. Built for Sharing
Everyone we've shown this to lights up at the same moment: the snap. Handing someone a piece of gum has always been a small social ritual, but a torn cardboard pack or crumpled foil sheet feels clumsy. Snap-Strip makes it something worth showing off, you don't just offer a piece, you snap off a perfectly sealed individual cell and hand it over.

2. The Shrinking Footprint
As the product is used, the pack shrinks with it. Snap away an empty cell and the footprint shrinks in real time, no more carrying around empty air in your pocket or bag. The pack stays exactly as large as what's actually left inside.

3. A New Retail Format, No Overhaul Required
For gum and confectionery brands, Snap-Strip opens a genuinely new SKU, a premium "on the go share pack," without the capital risk of a new line. It runs on the high-speed equipment you already have, with modular tooling changes at the cavity level instead of a full retool. That's a new, marketable consumer format with a very low barrier to entry.

Manufacturing Compatibility
Snap-Strip is engineered around the thermoforming equipment that already exists in factories worldwide. While large scale line trials are the natural next step, the architecture was deliberately designed from day one to require only cavity level tooling changes, not new capital equipment. We believe this puts compatibility within reach for the majority of existing global thermoforming operations, and we're actively seeking a manufacturing partner to validate that at scale.

Material Agility: highly recyclable mono materials, aluminum, or paper based lidding.

Sustainability & Impact:Designed for 100% Circularity: Engineered from inception to use mono materials (like recycle ready PE/PP or paper based lidding) to meet rigorous global Design for Recycling standards, eliminating multi material sorting issues.

Ready for Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Integration: The structural design is optimized to maintain high speed line integrity even when incorporating a high percentage of PCR resins, directly supporting the push toward advanced recycled content.
