The Industry Challenge: Traditional blister packs face a balancing act ensuring rigid product protection and child resistance while remaining accessible for aging demographics, all while minimizing material waste.

Our Innovation: Snap-Strip solves this with a unique, perforated or modular architecture. It maintains structural integrity, and introduces an intuitive, effortless separating mechanism that consumers love. Small enough to fit in your coin pocket.

Engineered for Vision: We built this technology to align perfectly with our commitment to 100% recyclable or reusable packaging, focusing on responsible sourcing, carbon footprint reduction, and operational scalability.

Where We Are Today
Snap-Strip is an inventor led venture at the earliest and most honest stage: the idea works, and we can prove it.
Over several years of development, we've built and refined hundreds of physical prototypes, iterating on perforation geometry, cell sizing, and lidding material until the mechanics were right. We've put these packs into real hands, friends, family, everyday consumers, and the response has been consistent: people understand it instantly, they enjoy using it, and they ask where they can buy it.
We're not here pretending to be further along than we are. We're here because we believe this architecture has genuine commercial legs, and we're looking for the right manufacturing partner to prove it at scale. That partner is who this was built for.

The inspiration for Snap-Strip came from a simple observation of how we actually live.Traditional gum packs and blister sheets stay the exact same bulky size whether they are completely full or down to the very last piece. They get bent in pockets, crushed in backpacks, and take up unnecessary space long after half the product is gone.We wanted to create a pack that moves and adapts with you.

1. Built for Sharing
Everyone we speak to instantly lights up when they see the "snap" in action. Giving someone a piece of gum has always been a social ritual, but pulling out a messy, half torn cardboard pack or a crumpled foil sheet feels clumsy. Snap-Strip makes it fun again. It introduces a satisfying, tactile interaction you don't just offer a piece of gum; you cleanly snap off a perfectly sealed, individual cell and hand it over. It is a premium, shareable experience that people actually want to show their friends.

2. The Shrinking Footprint
As the product is consumed, the packaging physically evolves. By snapping away empty cells, the overall footprint of the pack shrinks in real time. It becomes more compact with every use, effortlessly freeing up space in a purse, pocket, or gym bag. The consumer isn't carrying around empty air and wasted material anymore, the pack stays only as large as the product remaining inside.

3. A New Retail Format (Zero Total Overhaul)
For global confectionery brands, Snap-Strip opens up an entirely new product format and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) without the massive financial risk. Brands can launch a premium "On the Go Share Pack" using their existing high speed assembly infrastructure. By utilizing local, modular tooling changes instead of a full manufacturing line retool, we unlock a highly marketable, modern consumer experience with an incredibly low barrier to entry.

Manufacturing Compatibility
Snap-Strip is engineered around the thermoforming equipment that already exists in factories worldwide. While large scale line trials are the natural next step, the architecture was deliberately designed from day one to require only cavity level tooling changes, not new capital equipment. We believe this puts compatibility within reach for the majority of existing global thermoforming operations, and we're actively seeking a manufacturing partner to validate that at scale.

Material Agility: highly recyclable mono materials, aluminum, or paper based lidding.

Sustainability & Impact:Designed for 100% Circularity: Engineered from inception to use mono materials (like recycle ready PE/PP or paper based lidding) to meet rigorous global Design for Recycling standards, eliminating multi material sorting issues.

Ready for Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) Integration: The structural design is optimized to maintain high speed line integrity even when incorporating a high percentage of PCR resins, directly supporting the push toward advanced recycled content.
